Role Overview

You will work as a Full-Stack Developer, handling both frontend and backend tasks, WordPress customization, and deployment. You will be evaluated during 1-month probation based on execution, initiative, and project ownership. Strong performers will receive a salary revision after probation.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build responsive UI using React.js
• Convert designs into functional interfaces
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and performance
• Fix UI/UX issues

Backend Development

• Develop backend services using Node.js
• Create and integrate APIs
• Manage form submissions, authentication, and data flow
• Work with MySQL / MongoDB

WordPress Development

• Customize themes and plugins
• Integrate WordPress with custom frontends and APIs
• Optimize sites for speed and security
• Maintain and upgrade existing projects

Deployment & Maintenance

• Manage hosting, domains, SSL, and deployments
• Bug fixing and performance improvements
• Maintain code quality and documentation

Collaboration & Ownership

• Coordinate with designers, marketers, and clients
• Understand requirements and propose solutions
• Take ownership of tasks and deadlines

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals
• Hands-on React.js experience
• Backend basics using Node.js
• Solid WordPress experience
• HTML, CSS, responsive design
• API integration experience
• Git / version control
• Ability to work independently

Probation & Growth

Month 1 (Probation): ₹15,000 | Focus: execution, initiative, results
After Probation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000+ depending on performance
Top performers can scale to ₹35,000+ within 6 months
