We are actively seeking a passionate and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks and tools. 🛠️ Technical StackFrontend: Next.js, Redux, TailwindCSS Backend: Node.js, Express.js Database: MongoDB Version Control: Git/GitHub Deployment: Vercel / DigitalOcean / Docker (Bonus) ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications Build RESTful APIs and integrate with MongoDB Implement UI components using TailwindCSS and manage state with Redux Collaborate with cross-functional teams for rapid delivery Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Conduct code reviews and follow clean coding practices 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development Strong proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB Deep understanding of Next.js, React, and Redux Toolkit Expertise in writing modular and reusable components using TailwindCSS Familiarity with REST API design and third-party integrations Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills ⭐ Nice to HaveExperience with CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with TypeScript Knowledge of serverless functions Exposure to microservices architecture
