Job Description – Senior Full Stack Developer (React.js & Node.js)
Location: Chennai / Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can drive technical strategy, and is proficient with modern technologies including React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and relational databases like MySQL, SQL, or PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and architecture of full stack applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js/Express.js (backend)
· Write high-quality, maintainable code in JavaScript and TypeScript
· Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team
· Implement complex state management solutions using Redux
· Design and integrate RESTful APIs with secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
· Use MVC architecture and industry-standard design patterns to build maintainable codebases
· Leverage styling frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS to deliver polished, responsive UIs
· Work extensively with SQL-based databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) for schema design, performance tuning, and data management
· Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
· Deploy and scale applications on cloud platforms, especially AWS
· Participate in strategic planning and contribute to technology decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 10+ years of experience in full stack web development
· Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Express.js
· Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
· Proven experience with SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
· Strong experience with API integration, performance optimization, and secure web development
· Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms like AWS
· Solid understanding of version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
