Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a motivated and curious Full Stack Developer with 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of backend development using Node.js, and a good grasp of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)especially for debugging, optimization, and small UI fixes.

Youll be working closely with our product and backend teams to deliver performant, maintainable, and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
• Debug, fix, and improve existing frontend features written in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving application performance and reliability.
• Implement and maintain APIs for third-party services, including ongoing updates and troubleshooting.
• Understand API specification of Gateways and Banks and close on any clarifications working with Product Manager and Banking solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for debugging and UI troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Exposure to TypeScript or Next.js. Comfortable working with AI to increase productivity.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
