Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using 

  Node.js

   and 

  Next.js

  .
• Design and manage databases using 

  PostgreSQL

   and 

  MongoDB

  .
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Actively participate in 

  "vibe coding"

   sessions—collaborative, focused coding sessions aimed at generating innovative solutions and maintaining a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with 

  Node.js

   and 

  Next.js

  .
• Proficiency in working with both relational (

  PostgreSQL

  ) and non-relational (

  MongoDB

  ) databases.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to or experience with AI tools like 

  Cursor IDE

   or large language models such as 

  Claude Sonnet

  .

• Understanding of Agentic AI Frameworks

  : Knowledge of how to build and integrate autonomous AI agents to handle complex, multi-step tasks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
