Full Stack Developer (3 to 5 Yrs)

You are a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable web applications using Python for backend development and React.js or AngularJS for frontend development. Your role at DXFactor, a US-based tech company servicing fortune 500 clients globally, will involve understanding full-stack architecture, designing RESTful APIs, and deploying applications on the cloud. You will be responsible for end-to-end feature development, starting from database schema design to the implementation of responsive user interfaces. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask), creating modern and responsive frontends with React, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries, implementing and managing RESTful APIs for frontend functionalities, integrating third-party APIs and services as required, writing clean and efficient code following best practices and CI/CD workflows, optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security, collaborating with designers, product managers, and QA team members to deliver high-quality features, and actively participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of full stack development experience with a strong understanding of both backend and frontend technologies. You should be proficient in Python and at least one backend framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
