AI Developer (Fresher) – Voice AI Agents

About the role

We’re building human-like Voice AI Agents that can talk, understand, and act. As an AI Developer, you’ll work on building these agents end-to-end — from speech-to-text, LLM orchestration, text-to-speech to dashboards & use-case workflows. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn fast, experiment, and directly shape the future of conversational AI.

Responsibility

• Build and tune Voice AI agents (speech + LLM + actions)
• Integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLM APIs into real-time flows
• Design small dashboards/tools to test, monitor, and deploy agents
• Experiment with prompting, fine-tuning, and workflows for different use cases
• Debug, test, and optimize for latency, accuracy, and scalability

Requirement

• Solid coding in Python or JavaScript (Node.js/React)
• Exposure to AI APIs (OpenAI, speech services, vector DBs)
• Built at least 1 AI/ML or full-stack project (GitHub link preferred)
• Problem-solver with strong curiosity for AI/voice tech

Bonus if you have

• Knowledge of real-time systems (WebSockets/WebRTC)
• Experience with LLM prompt engineering or fine-tuning
• Familiarity with cloud & databases (MongoDB/Postgres)
