Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Solution Design and Implementation

Designing and implementing IFS Cloud solutions to meet specific business needs.
Developing and documenting solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Leading workshops and discovery engagements to understand business processes and value drivers.
Ensuring proper project scoping, quality, and providing estimates.
Implementing business process changes and enhancements through process re-engineering and system configuration.

Collaboration and Communication:

Working with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solution designs.
Maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Guiding and mentoring implementation teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine technical and business requirements.
Training and supporting personnel in the effective use of business processes and systems.

Technical Expertise:

Possessing strong business process and technology knowledge.
Understanding IFS Cloud modules and features.
Experience with ERP systems and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Ability to design and implement integrations with third-party applications.

Other Responsibilities:

Managing the IFS Cloud environment strategy and plan.
Identifying and mitigating project risks.
Ensuring successful IFS solution delivery.
Providing subject matter expertise and guidance.
Ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Technical Skills:

Soft Skills:

Resource must have P2P (Procure to Pay) knowledge.
Project: Project Module, From activity creation to closures.
Finance: Code Part, User Groups, General Ledger, Posting Controls and Invoice Creations.
Manufacturing: Shop orders/Engineering Parts/Part Costs.
Material Management: Inventory Parts/Stock Management
Procurement: Supplier Master/Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order/Receipts/Returns
Employee Management: Employee Master/Position Id Creations
Sales: Customer Master/Customer Order/Delivery/Sales Parts
Coding: Pl/SQL
