About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement FSL solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations.
  • Customize and extend FSL capabilities including work order management, service appointments, scheduling, and mobile solutions.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience. Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in FSL, with expertise in FSL Mobile App customization.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and flows.
  • Solid understanding of FSL concepts such as service resources, work orders, scheduling policies, dispatcher console, and mobile app.
  • Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II and FSL Consultant certification preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins).
  • Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, Experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
