With 8 to 12 years of experience at the Manager level, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and exceptional consulting skills, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and deliver value to our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading and overseeing consulting projects for US group benefit and retirement clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, conducting market research to identify industry trends, and presenting recommendations to clients. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, mentoring junior consultants, and staying informed on industry developments are key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a full-time MBA from a reputable institution and have 8 to 12 years of business consulting experience, focusing on the insurance sector, specifically group benefits and retirement.
