Experience and Qualification 7+ years of relevant experience in front-end web development,

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. However, if you do not possess this then a Solid and Demonstrable career in the technologies listed below

• Proven experience in modern front-end web development, with a focus on developing highly scalable and responsive applications.

• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack).

• Deep understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a record of accomplishment in leading and growing engineering teams.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and serverless architecture.

• Knowledge of Graph and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with progressive web app best practices and service workers.

• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online portfolio.
