Frontend Engineer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Frontend Components: Build reusable, efficient, and modular UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Responsive Web Design: Ensure applications are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, maintaining consistent design and performance across platforms.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate designs and business needs into functional and intuitive web experiences.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize frontend code for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Code Quality and Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices in web development. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and fix UI bugs, layout inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and error-free user experience.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and design practices to bring innovation and improvement to the product.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience working with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user interfaces.
  

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of frontend components with backend services.
• Understanding of build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or npm scripts
