To contribute to process improvements by bringing in newer ideas and techniques to enhance design and development To remain updated with the current industry trend of game development especially educational games To mitigate daily delivery escalations to maintain SLA. To help evolve the product for the product engineering team and the quality assurance team by sharing relevant experiences.
