About the Role As a Frontend Developer on the Growth Team, your mission is simple: optimize every click. You’ll be responsible for building and managing Dezy.com, launching high-converting landing pages, improving SEO and Core Web Vitals, and ensuring snappy, responsive design across devices. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about conversion, speed, clean UI, SEO, and experimentation. What You’ll DoOwn the frontend development of Dezy’s main website, landing pages, and campaign assets. Collaborate with growth, design, and content teams to ship and iterate pages that convert. Build fast, responsive, mobile-first pages using Next.js + TailwindCSS. Manage deployment and workflows on Vercel, including version control via Git. Support A/B testing, experiments, and rapid iteration of content and layouts. Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code — without relying on AI for code generation. Must-Have SkillsExperience in NextJS, TailwindCSS (Mandatory, without using AI) and preferred experience in managing websites in vercel. Well versed in using Git. Good to have (not mandatory) basic knowledge on using some Headless CMS, AWS S3, Cloudfront. Experienced 2-3 years Experience in some AI coding assistant tools like Cursor / Copilot.
