Responsibilities

  • Build chat UI: message list, infinite scroll, typing indicators, read receipts
  • Convert Figma designs into

    pixel-perfect

    UI
  • Implement real-time state sync using Zustand / Jotai
  • Integrate WebSocket events for message updates
  • Implement SSR / ISR / SEO metadata in Next.js
  • Work with

    Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui

    (components, modals, drawers)
  • Handle file uploads & previews (images, docs, voice recording)
  • Optimize UI performance (virtualized lists, caching, lazy loading)
  • Maintain responsive, accessible, mobile-first interfaces
  • Debug production issues and improve user experience



Requirements

  • Strong experience with

    React 18+ & Next.js 13/14 (App Router)

  • TypeScript proficiency
  • Experience with

    Zustand / React Query / SWR

  • Knowledge of SEO, structured data, metadata, OG tags
  • Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub / Bitbucket)



Bonus (Strong Advantage)

  • Framer Motion (animations, transitions)
  • WebSockets or real-time UI experience
  • Virtualized scrolling (react-virtualized / react-window)
  • Voice recording, audio APIs, drag-and-drop file upload
  • Testing with Jest / RTL
