Role Overview We’re looking for a talented Frontend Developer who’s passionate about clean UI, smooth user experiences, and performance-driven web development. You’ll work closely with our product, design, and AI teams to bring cutting-edge experiences to life using React, Next.js, and Tailwind. What You’ll Do Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance UIs in React + Next.js Translate Figma or design specs into clean, reusable components Implement elegant user flows with smooth transitions and interactions Optimize frontend performance, SEO, and loading times using Next.js best practices Work with backend/APIs and AI workflows to integrate dynamic data Collaborate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions Requirements 4+ years of frontend experience (or strong project portfolio if early-career) Proficient in React , Next.js , and Tailwind CSS Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Familiarity with Git, component libraries, and headless CMS/API-based backends Bonus: Animation frameworks (Framer Motion), state management (Zustand, Redux), or AI/agentic UX experience What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and love for pixel-perfect UIs Fast learner, self-starter, and clear communicator Collaborative, but able to own features end-to-end Startup mindset — willing to iterate fast and ship frequently Perks Work with a cutting-edge AI product in an early-stage startup Full ownership and creative input in UX decisions Flexible work hours and remote-first culture Opportunity to grow into a lead frontend role
