Frontend Developer (JavaScript Animations)

What Will You Do As a Frontend Developer

• Build and own pixel-perfect, high-performance web interfaces using ReactJS
• Create immersive UI animations using GSAP or Framer Motion
• Collaborate with designers to implement rich interactive experiences, focusing on UI/UX excellence
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate front-end logic with backend services
• Write scalable, maintainable, and clean code using modern JavaScript standards
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Participate in code reviews, product planning, and team brainstorming sessions
• Maintain UI consistency across the platform, adhering to design systems and branding
  

What are we looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript animations
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience with GSAP or Framer Motion for crafting animations
• Strong eye for design and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Comfortable turning designs into functional interfaces
• Familiar with component-based architecture and state management (Redux is a bonus)
• Experience working with design tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Bonus: Experience with 3D libraries like Three.js
• Bonus: Prior exposure to Redux for state management
