About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Frontend Developer Intern to join the engineering team. The role involves transforming UI/UX designs into functional, responsive web interfaces and contributing to the development of scalable front-end solutions. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to support new feature development and continuous improvements across the product.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to modern frontend frameworks, best practices, and real-world application workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Sketch, Invision, or Figma designs into fully functional web pages.
• Write reusable, efficient, and high-performance code for scalable front-end development.
• Build and optimize responsive interfaces for web, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Contribute to new feature development, prototypes, and ongoing product enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features, troubleshoot issues, and refine user experiences.
• Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and product priorities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with any web-based framework and willingness to learn Angular 16+.
• Good knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap) and preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
• Ability to understand and consume REST Web Services / RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with Git or similar version control systems.
• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js, Java, Ruby, or Python.
• Exposure to the Electron framework for building desktop applications.
• Understanding of WebSockets for real-time updates.
• Experience with TDD and testing tools like Jasmine or Karma.
