The team focuses on creating solutions that enable global organizations to efficiently manage their IMS environment, ensuring availability, scalability, and reliability of their business applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design interactive user experiences for technology products catering to medium to large customer bases - Develop software products using front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and Angular 2+ - Utilize strong technical skills in Core Java, multi-threading, problem-solving using data structures and algorithms, and Object-Oriented application design - Work with various DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2) and Agile software development methodology - Collaborate with tools like Jira, GIT, or ISPW for effective software development - Familiarity with test automation and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Selenium, RFT, UFT, UX design standards, and best practices - Possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Understand the software development process and contribute to the team's success **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in designing interactive user experiences for technology products - Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and Angular 2+ - Strong technical skills in Core Java, multi-threading, problem-solving using data structures and algorithms, and Object-Oriented application design - Experience with various DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2), Agile software development methodology, and tools like Jira, GIT, or ISPW - Familiarity with test automation and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Selenium, RFT, UFT, UX design standards, and best practices - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills BMC values its people and fosters a culture that embraces authenticity and individuality.
