Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor oversees the operations of the front desk, ensures exceptional guest service, and manages the front office team to deliver a memorable stay experience for all guests. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily front office operations, managing and training front office staff, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally, collaborating with other departments for smooth operations, monitoring front desk supplies, upholding high standards of customer service, preparing and analyzing reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback, as well as implementing and maintaining front office policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in front office or a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently, a customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities, fluency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
