South Indian CDP

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in South Indian, Chinese, preparations and must be able to lead a section of the kitchen efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your specialty (South Indian, Chinese, and other cuisines)
• Supervise and support Commis chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure food hygiene and kitchen safety standards are maintained at all times
• Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily operations
• Manage inventory for your section and minimize wastage
• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of dishes

Requirements:

• 2 plus year of proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
• Expertise in Indian and Chinese cuisine is a must; knowledge of other cuisines is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is preferred
