Role Description:

The Front Office Team Leader will oversee the front office operation, ensure high standards of guest service, and ability to handle administrative tasks.

Prior experience in a similar role with strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Check-in and check out formalities.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hotels
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in POS software & Microsoft Office suite (Excel).
