Front Office Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Guest Services

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist VIP guests and handle special service requirements.

2. Team Supervision

• Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure team follows standard operating procedures and maintains high service standards.

3. Operations Management

• Manage front office operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain updated records of room availability and guests’ accounts.

4. Financial and Administrative Duties

• Assist with cash handling, billing issues, and daily reports.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
• Monitor expenses and help control front office budget.

5. Communication and Coordination

• Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, reservations).
• Communicate important information during shift handovers.
• Report any safety, security, or maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.

6. Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Enforce security protocols and health & safety standards.
• Handle emergency situations in accordance with procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
