JOB RESPONSIBILITY 1. Guest Services Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Greet guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Assist VIP guests and handle special service requirements. 2. Team Supervision Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching. Ensure team follows standard operating procedures and maintains high service standards. 3. Operations Management Manage front office operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness. Maintain updated records of room availability and guests’ accounts. 4. Financial and Administrative Duties Assist with cash handling, billing issues, and daily reports. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately. Monitor expenses and help control front office budget. 5. Communication and Coordination Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, reservations). Communicate important information during shift handovers. Report any safety, security, or maintenance issues to the appropriate departments. 6. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Enforce security protocols and health & safety standards. Handle emergency situations in accordance with procedures.
