Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
• Coordinate with internal departments and assist in administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs.
• Provide basic information to visitors and clients about the company’s services.
• Handle courier dispatch and receipt.
• Assist in event coordination or HR/Admin tasks when required.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and confident with a pleasant personality.
• Proven experience in a front office or receptionist role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in busy environments.
