As a Front Office Receptionist at our company located in Namakkal, you will play a vital role in managing the reception area and ensuring smooth front office operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls with proper phone etiquette - Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner - Managing schedules and appointments efficiently - Maintaining office supplies and ensuring stock levels are adequate - Coordinating with various departments to facilitate seamless communication - Providing excellent customer service to visitors and employees To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties - Experience in Front Office management and Customer Service - Strong Communication skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in using office software and equipment - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus - Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred Additionally, it is preferred that you are proficient in the following languages: English, Hindi, Tamil.,
