Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in handling office reception duties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Support basic administrative and clerical duties.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any degree.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in front office or receptionist role.
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

Note:
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
