* Manage the front desk and handle all walk-ins
* Show potential clients around the gym and explain membership packages
* Convince walk-ins to purchase memberships
* Make follow-up calls to leads and invite them for a trial class if theyre not ready to purchase a membership immediately
* You will have a monthly sales target, and upon achieving it, youll receive 2% incentive on the total sales
