Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Hyderabad for a Front Office Receptionist. The role involves welcoming and assisting patients and visitors, managing appointments, answering calls, addressing inquiries, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. The Front Office Receptionist will provide excellent customer service, maintain records, and serve as the first point of contact to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Office management
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact professionally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficiency with common office software and scheduling tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are an advantage
