Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in New Delhi. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. The receptionist will also handle clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring the front office operates smoothly.

Qualifications

• Skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Experience in Front Office management and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
