Job Description

Front Office Executive

As the face of the Company the Front Office Executive shall be the first point of contact for the visitors and employees.

Role & responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Manage the reception of the Company, including the EPAX and phone systems

2. Co ordinate meetings, interviews and appointments

3. Manage office records and files

4. Look after administration and upkeep of the office

5. Manage the housekeeping and pantry staff

6. Manage inventory and issuing of pantry, housekeeping and stationary for the shift

7. Support HR team by Sourcing candidates for night shift, through Linked in and portals

8. Provide data and reports as needed by HR team

Preferred candidate profile

Education and experience: • Must be graduate from a recognised university.

  • 1 to 5 years experience of working in the front office / reception of an organisation
  • Candidates with exposure to HR and Secretarial practice will have an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office & Internet
  • Candidates working with International BPO can also apply Work timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
