As an experienced Front Office Manager, your role will involve leading front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing front desk operations and ensuring superior guest service - Developing and monitoring staff schedules for efficiency and productivity - Preparing and analyzing monthly sales and occupancy reports - Driving strategies to boost occupancy and revenue during lean periods - Coordinating with other departments for smooth daily operations - Conducting regular team meetings for performance review and improvement - Working on Hotel Management Software (SKYHMS knowledge is an added advantage) To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 10+ years of hospitality industry experience - Proven leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Hands-on experience with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs - Strong skills in revenue management, customer service, and time management This full-time, permanent position is located in Chennai, with a monthly salary ranging from 35,000 to 39,000. Preference will be given to candidates based in Chennai.,
