Front Office Manager

As a Front Office Manager at our restaurant in Sivakasi, you will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming guests warmly, creating a positive first impression - Managing front desk activities such as reservations, check-in, and check-out efficiently - Maintaining guest records and handling walk-ins with professionalism - Coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations - Handling guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously - Monitoring the cleanliness and ambiance of the reception and waiting area - Maintaining daily reports on customer visits and table bookings - Assisting in billing and POS system entries when necessary - Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards Key skills required for this role include: - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Basic computer and billing knowledge - Strong customer service orientation - Effective time management and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment Qualifications preferred for this position: - Any Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field - Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a similar role In addition to the above, male candidates who are willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays are preferred for this role.
