✅ Manage front desk operations and ensure superior guest service
✅ Develop & monitor staff schedules for efficiency and productivity
✅ Prepare & analyze monthly sales and occupancy reports
✅ Drive strategies to boost occupancy & revenue during lean periods
✅ Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operations
✅ Conduct regular team meetings for performance review and improvement
✅ Work on Hotel Management Software (SKYHMS knowledge is an added advantage)
🔹 Minimum 10+ years of hospitality industry experience
🔹 Proven leadership & team management skills
🔹 Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
🔹 Hands-on experience with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
🔹 Strong skills in revenue management, customer service, and time management
💼 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹39,000 per month
