Week Off: One day between Monday – Friday (Sunday working mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients — ensuring smooth appointment bookings, managing phone calls, coordinating with therapists, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
Manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments efficiently.
Coordinate therapist schedules and ensure smooth operation of daily sessions.
Maintain client records and update appointment logs.
Handle customer feedback and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Manage front desk cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.
Support basic administrative tasks as required by management.
Ensure seamless communication between customers, therapists, and management.

Requirements:.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment booking tools, etc.).
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Willingness to work on Sundays with one weekday off (Mon–Fri).
