Job Description

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, occasions, and budgets.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide detailed information about products including gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely order processing, customizations, and delivery.
Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and communicate offers or new collections through calls or messages.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and relationship management targets.
Ensure the showrooms visual merchandising and displays meet company standards.
Assist with after-sales service including product exchanges, resizing, or repairs.
Support marketing and promotional activities by inviting and engaging customers.
