Job Description

Role & responsibilities Executive Director (Reporting to MD): Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve company goals. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with the MD to set company vision, mission, and values. Operational Efficiency & Performance: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate senior management teams to achieve company objectives. Provide guidance and support to employees, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to the MD and board of directors.
