Job Description

We’re looking for a polished and proactive Front Office Executive to manage reception and administrative duties at a reputed corporate office in Ahmedabad. Ideal candidates will have a hospitality background (IHM) and 4–5 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.

Experience: 4–5 years (IHM background preferred)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors with professionalism
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct communication
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Manage mail, packages, and office documentation
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
