Established in 2018, RoboSmart Labs aims to provide comprehensive AI and Robotics education across towns and cities in India. The move emphasizes the importance of technology, especially highlighted during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the company is dedicated to setting up ultra-modern learning centers to cater to this growing need.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Jaipur. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling front office operations, providing excellent customer service, and performing a range of administrative tasks. They will greet visitors, answer and direct calls, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front office.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and front office management
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferable
