Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is neat and presentable. Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document management. Assist in coordinating meetings and office events. Support other departments with general office tasks when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and office management. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage. Eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
