Job Description

responsible for managing the front desk area and ensuring smooth operations of the front office. This role involves greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. They also handle phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints

  • Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Handling guest inquiries and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Making reservations and managing room assignments.
  • Administrative Tasks:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Guruvayur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
