Front Office Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as a Front Office Executive in Valanjambalam, Kochi, responsible for creating a warm and professional environment for our customers and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include managing the front desk, maintaining visitor records, greeting and assisting clients with courtesy, answering phone calls, handling mail, and keeping the reception area organized and presentable. Additionally, you will schedule appointments, manage office supplies, and provide administrative support to other departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the front desk and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors - Maintain visitor records and assist clients with courtesy - Answer phone calls, handle mail, and keep the reception area organized - Schedule appointments and manage office supplies - Provide administrative support to other departments Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and possess problem-solving abilities - Customer-oriented mindset - Fluency in English, Malayalam, and at least one regional language Additional Details: Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role. Proficiency in basic computer usage and office equipment, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, is preferred.
