Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Front Office Receptionist

1.Greet and assist customers, providing guidance in product selection and creating a welcoming environment.

2.Handle incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and provide accurate information.

3.Check and maintain daily staff attendance records and update the system.

4.Manage staff attendance and leave records

5. Assist the HR department with the document management and their requirements

6. Monitor and manage stationary essentials, ensuring adequate stock is maintained

7. Communicate effectively with the customers, staff and the walk-in guests

8. Provide administrative support to various department as needed

Preferred candidate profile

we are looking for a female candidate who is maturely handles the front office and other customer support roles. Knowing Hindi language is an additional advantage.
