Front Office Executive

Job Title: Front Office Manager – Hospital Location: Shahdara Department: Front Office & Administration About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee hospital reception and manage day-to-day patient handling, TPA coordination, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior hospital/healthcare experience, and the ability to manage evening shifts. Key Responsibilities: Manage the hospital front desk, patient registration, and reception activities. Handle TPA desk operations including patient admission, approvals, and billing coordination. Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, nursing, and billing departments. Supervise and train front office staff for professional and courteous service. Address patient queries, complaints, and grievances promptly. Maintain MIS reports and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience in hospital front office/reception management. Strong knowledge of TPA processes and cashless insurance coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software. Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations. Willing to work in evening shifts up to 10:00 PM. Qualifications: Graduate in Hospital Administration/Management or related field. 3–5 years of experience in hospital front office operations.
