Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive serves managing day-to-day front desk operations and providing exceptional service to residents and visitors. In addition to administrative and customer service responsibilities, this role also involves handling the social media presence and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Administrative Duties Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage check-ins, check-outs, visitor logs, and resident records accurately. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for smooth operations. Maintain front desk files, billing records, and assist with basic accounting tasks. Address resident concerns and escalate issues to management as needed. Ensure the reception and common areas are always neat and welcoming. Social Media & Promotions Manage the hostel’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and respond to online inquiries. Create and post engaging content — photos, stories, and updates — showcasing hostel life, facilities, and events. Coordinate digital promotions, festive campaigns, and special offers to attract new residents. Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing strategies and offline events.
