The Caretaker will be responsible for the overall upkeep, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the building and premises. This role requires a responsible, disciplined, and hands-on individual with basic technical knowledge of electrical and plumbing work. The caretaker will also coordinate with vendors and service staff to ensure that all facilities are in proper working condition at all times.
