Front Office Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Front Office Executive who can do more than guest check-ins. This role involves managing front office operations as well as building and maintaining strong corporate client relationships.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Hotelogix Front Office Software and confidence in direct client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations and front office operations using

  Hotelogix PMS

  .
• Handle guest queries, calls, and emails with professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales/management team to onboard new corporate accounts.
• Ensure seamless communication between front office and all hotel departments.

Requirements

• Hotelogix Front Office Software experience is mandatory.

• Minimum

  3 years’ prior experience

  in front office operations, preferably in chain hotels with corporate booking exposure.
• Strong communication & presentation skills in

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

  .
• Outgoing personality with proven ability to network with corporates.
• Graduate or

  Hotel Management Diploma

  preferred.
