Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Corpodeck Services Pvt. Ltd. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, and receptionist duties on a daily basis. Qualifications: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Graduates in Hospitality Management preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills Duties And Responsibilities: Hiring the position for a Corporate Office, based at Noida-Greater Noida. You will be responsible for managing our Front-desk operations and providing exceptional customer service to our guests as a Guest Relations Executive. The position should communicate very professionally with our premium guests that guest should feel honored, and valuable during their visits. The major responsibilities includes receiving and welcoming guests and giving a found farewell to guest while leaving.
