Who Can Apply?

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Those who’ve completed internships or training in hotels/resorts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Anyone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or any related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.).
• A friendly, confident personality and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile — you’ll be the first impression of our hotel!
• Help guests with check-in/check-out procedures and verify necessary details.
• Answer booking inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with changes or cancellations.
• Assist guests with general queries and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Promote hotel services and amenities — help guests make the most of their stay!
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms meet quality standards.
• Handle basic billing and payment procedures (training will be provided).
• Learn and support daily front office operations to provide a smooth guest experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
