  • Visitor & Phone Management:

    Greet visitors, provide directions, answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Scheduling & Calendars:

    Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms.
  • Administrative Support:

    Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, data entry, filing, photocopying, and drafting documents.
  • Office Upkeep:

    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and monitor office supplies.
  • Communication:

    Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and staff, relaying messages and ensuring smooth communication.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

    Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, multitasking, positive attitude, strong customer service, problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office.
